period lasts 3 weeks. After a short interview, a player is invited to
the guild and given the rank of Initiate. At the beginning
of their initiation a thread will be opened with their name and
application posted. Guild members will post compliments and concerns to this thread, and if there are not any issues or complaints about the
initiate then they will become a member with the appropriate rank. If there
are sufficient complaints or issues their initiation will be terminated.
of the same information above applies except the initiation period lasts just 1 week. There are times that there may have been some drama with a
former member that the officers are not aware of. Going through this
process allows us to ensure that a bad apple doesn't return to the fold.
To get an alt invited you MUST ask an officer on vent to invite your alt or whisper us from a character currently in the guild. This is to ensure
that we are actually inviting who we think we are inviting.

who keep in regular contact on the forums or Facebook or email and let
us know what is going on can remain in the guild for a longer period of
time. Things come up, we understand that. If you let the officers know
what is going on and keep in reasonable contact we can extend the time
in the guild.
All AMR members who attend raids have the right to request honest, constructive feedback from the raid leaders. They also have the right to request help in correcting performance issues. It is the officer's responsibility to provide this help and feedback.
Our raid focus is on progression.
Raiding members are expected to meet minimum item level requirements and be properly enchanted, gemmed, and spec'd. New additions to the raid group will be inspected/armory checked to ensure these requirements are met. Raiders are also expected to be online and in front of the raid entrance prior to the start of the raid.
Raiders shall not leave mid-raid to do non-raid related tasks, such as garrison missions, hitting up the auction house, or getting bonus roll coins. This must be done outside of raid times. Raiders should be sure to have extra gems, enchanting scrolls, etc., on hand. Plan ahead.
Keep in mind that no matter how big the raid is, there are only two tank spots. All tanks need to have a DPS spec, an appropriate set of DPS gear, and sufficient knowledge of the rotation.
Healers are in short supply and high demand. Classes with healing specs are recommended (but not required) to have a healing setup ready just in case the raid is short healers, or for extra healing on tougher fights.
The only thing we ask is that you pull your weight. If you are falling behind everyone else you may be asked to sit. Likewise, you may be removed for poor performance, like not paying attention or trying during raids. This decision is at the raid leader's discretion.
These expectations are not meant to exclude anyone, but rather to ensure that the raid experiences success. Do not take it personal, it never is. It is logistics. We are certainly happy to carry folks once a boss reaches farm status so people can catch up, as well as work with folks so they are up to speed with the rest of the raid.
General Raiding Rules:
Schedule - Wed / Thurs - 8:00PM to 11:00PM CST Invites - 10 minutes prior to start Looting Method - Personal Loot Required Consumables - Potions (Flasks / Food provided) Raid Comp - Up to 30 raiders consisting of:
DPS (up to 22)
If you wish to raid you are expected to sign upon the in-game calendar. In a case when you are not able to make a raid, we ask that you sign up as 'Not Attending' and let the raid leader know as early as possible so they can try to fill in that spot for the raid.
As a member of a raid you are eligible for repairs. With an authenticator you will normally have access to guild repairs during the raid. Without an authenticator you will receive some repair compensation once the attendance is posted.
Since raids are flexible, we will be flexible with attendance. If you have to be late or leave early because of things like work, school, etc., on a regular basis, please address this with Shalyn or Bagheera.
Attendance is tracked, and if it comes to our attention that a raider comes and goes depending on the encounter, difficulty, or farm status, that person may no longer be invited to future raids.
Discord is required for all raids. Speaking on comms is acceptable, except during explanations or boss encounters. If the raid leaders are speaking, keep all questions in raid chat. During boss encounters, only essential talking is permitted, no idle chatter.
All members with authenticators are welcome to the items in the bank. The only restrictions
are to current tier raid epics, as well as any raid related resources and crafting materials, which are limited to Mains (whether on a raid team or
not) and Alts on a raid team.
There are some restrictions on
the bank. You can only remove five items per day from the bank. This was
put in place from people abusing the guild bank in the past.
Leveling professions or leveling
alts please take the items you want. The bank is there for everyone to
The bank is not there for players to make money with.
